Jet Brite Car Wash

I would like to file an official complaint regarding the staff at your car wash location at 850 E Ogden Ave, Naperville. At approximately 7:30 PM, I arrived after work to wash my car. I have a monthly membership that I pay $40 for, and my husband also has a membership. We own several vehicles, and we regularly wash all of our cars only at your car wash. When I arrived, the gate did not open. This is far from the first time this problem has happened. I waited for about 20 minutes, honking and flashing my headlights so the staff would notice and come help, but no one came outside, even though all the employees were inside and could clearly see me. There should always be someone standing at the entrance, but unfortunately your employees seem to help customers only when they feel like it and show complete disrespect toward customers. After waiting for a long time, I was forced to get out of my car and walk toward the staff to ask for help, since only employees with an iPad can open the gate. When they saw me approaching, a girl with an iPad finally came over, and only then was the gate opened. I calmly rolled down my window and asked why no one was standing there and why a customer

Great experience at Jet Brite Car Wash! The staff is super friendly, and everything moves really efficiently. The wash itself does an awesome job—it gets off a ton of dirt and grime (even on our jobsite trucks), and the dryers are strong, so you barely have to wipe anything down after. Definitely one of the better washes around!

I usually like this car wash and have been coming here regularly. However, after my last wash, I noticed paint damage and scratches on my front bumper that were not there before. I’m not sure what could have caused it, but it appeared immediately after the wash. I wanted to mention this in case management could look into it or reach out. Overall service is good, just disappointed with this situation. I’m hoping we can discuss possible options regarding the repair.

This has been my go to car wash. As an updated review, I would like to suggest the car wash now change out the vacuum end attachments since they are getting somewhat worn and unrefined. Don’t ever want to scratch our surfaces in the car. I also would like to suggest for the top tier membership that Jet Brute have a designated area with air hoses to blow out debris out of your car and offer microfiber towels and sprays. I visited some very nice car washes out of state recently in Florida and in Colorado and they offered these extra amenities.

I couldn’t get any better deal than having my SUV washed for only $3 and had my mats vacuumed for free, with strong vacuums located in multiple bays. Lots of thought has been put in the design of this facility, ranging from three engineered car lanes to LED lights lit the area like day and good bye message at the end of car wash. Hats off to the owner of this car wash! Great work
